We will focus on becoming present with nature and exploring how creativity can support you to connect with what is around you. Come immerse yourself in the gardens, meadows and woodlands at The Barna Way with artist Lisa Fingleton.
We start with a short grounding exercise and share some tips about co-creating with nature as a wellness and meditative tool. Then you have will have time to observe, draw or respond creatively in your own way. There is be space at the end to share, only if you wish to do so.
