We just wanted to let you know about these three special events at The Barna Way, happening in May, starting this weekend for the MOYA festival.
All proceeds from workshops and the shop, support our biodiversity projects
Please wear suitable clothes and foot wear for exploring through gardens, fields and woodland.
Please cycle, walk or car share if possible, as parking is limited.
Our small farm shop will be open during events with a selection of books, cards and plants.

Beautiful Bird Song at The Barna Way
5.15am-7.00am Saturday 2nd May 2026
Join Rena Blake and the blackbirds, pheasants, thrushes, finches and robins for a magical and musical extravanganza at 5.15am. Experience the living aural Landscape of the Dawn Chorus in the stunning surroundings of The Barna Way. Enjoy tea/coffee and fresh scones afterwards.

Creative Connection with Nature with MOYA Festival Ballybunion
10am-12pm, Sat 2nd May 2026
This is a beautiful relaxing workshop connecting to the creative energy of the earth and the land around us. We will focus on becoming present with nature and exploring how creativity can support you to connect with what is around you. Come immerse yourself in the gardens, meadows and woodlands at The Barna Way with artist Lisa Fingleton. We start with a short grounding exercise and share some tips about co-creating with nature as a wellness and meditative tool. Then you have will have time to observe, draw or respond creatively in your own way. There is be space at the end to share, only if you wish to do so.
All material provided. All levels welcome.
